However, you also want the peace of mind of knowing that your problem will be resolved, and that includes knowing that your repair or installation team will stand behind the work they do.

At Gary’s Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., we do so much more than simply be there for our customers—we make sure they never have to stress about the issue we’ve helped them with ever again. We offer a number of warranties and guarantees which simply aren’t offered anywhere else. With these comprehensive promises, you can always count on us to be there to back up any work we’ve done.

Complete Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee your system will meet or exceed your expectations for quality or reliability. If you’re ever unhappy, we’ll set things right.

New Equipment Warranties

We back up all of our new equipment installations with the following labor warranties:

  • 10-year parts and labor warranty on all complete Platinum Plus level systems.
  • 5-year labor warranty when you invest in a complete system and maintain a Preferred Club membership for those five years.
  • 2-year labor warranty on all Silver, Gold, and Platinum level systems.
  • 1-year labor warranty on all Bronze-level systems or single-piece equipment installations.

Utility Savings Guarantee

When we say you’ll see a tremendous improvement in your energy usage when you install an entirely new HVAC system, we mean it. When you install a full HVAC system with us (including all ductwork and other recommendations), we guarantee you’ll see a minimum improvement of 30% on your heating and cooling bills, or we will refund double the difference of your savings not realized during the first two years. (If your system is not meeting guaranteed savings, you must notify us immediately to evaluate your system’s performance. Offer valid for Gold, Platinum, or Platinum Plus systems.)

Two-year, 100% Money Back Guarantee

We guarantee the system and equipment we install in your home will perform as we promised it would. So long as you have done all of our recommendations, if your system fails to live up to your satisfaction, we’ll remove it and return your money completely, no questions asked.

Apples to Apples Guarantee

We work hard to ensure that our customers receive more value for their money with us than anywhere else. If another company offers you more services and a better product for the same or a lower cost, we’ll pay you a $250 difference. All we ask is that the comparison be “apples to apples.”

No Lemons Guarantee

We take the dependability of the products we install seriously. If the compressor in your outdoor unit fails twice within the first five years due to manufacturer workmanship or defect, we’ll install a new outside unit completely free of charge. If your heat exchanger in your furnace fails within the first ten years of life due to manufacturer workmanship or defects, we’ll install a new furnace. (Applies to Gold, Platinum, or Platinum Plus installations.)

Ductwork Warranties

All of our ductwork installation and services are backed by a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee for materials, plus an additional 10-year warranty for the labor used to install them. (Both of these warranties apply to the original owner and are non-transferrable. Warranty does not include abuse or misuse.)

Installation Date Guarantee

If your new system installation isn’t completed by the date we promised, we’ll pay you $200 for the inconvenience, plain and simple.

No-Frustration Guarantee

If your new HVAC system breaks down within the first year of use and leaves you without heating or cooling for 24 hours, we’ll pay you $300 for the inconvenience.

Property Protection Guarantee

We guarantee the condition of your home when we perform work on it! All lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture, and door frames are guaranteed, and will be replaced or repaired if they are damaged during our service. We guarantee all technicians will use protective floor savers and hall runners on all work and high-traffic areas.

No-Surprises Promise

We believe you should know exactly what you’ll pay before we even begin the work. The price you’re quoted is all-inclusive, and will be the price you pay on the final invoice, so long as no additional services are added or changes are made on the initial estimate.

Customer Respect Promise

We treat your home with the utmost levels of respect and care. Our technicians will not swear or use tobacco products on your property. Have any questions? Feel free to ask, and they’ll answer it for you. When the job is done, they’ll leave your home as clean and neat as they found it.

Code Compliance Guarantee

Our installations will adhere to all relevant and existing building and safety codes. Your new installation will pass inspection, or we’ll come out and make the changes so it does.

Drug-Free Promise

We hold our technicians to high standards and demand that they be the best they can be. Your service will be performed by a highly-trained professional who has been recently drug screened.
