Gas heating is warmer than an electric heat pump, and it heats up quickly if you set your thermostat back at night or during the day while you are away. This makes gas an attractive choice for heating.
We have a generous offering of gas heating equipment. Gas furnaces have efficiencies up to 96% and should be located in a designated furnace area inside the home. Furnaces are available in both 3-stage heating and variable speed models. This means they are more efficient and they eliminate "short cycling" during milder winter weather by coming on at a reduced capacity.
