At Gary's Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., each person is properly trained and licensed so that he or she exceeds your expectations when providing you with a home comfort solution.
We maintain our standards for employees by:
THOROUGH SCREENING - Before hiring an expert onto our team, each one must pass a driver's license verification, a (random) drug test, and a background check. This is repeated each year thereafter.
TRAINING PROGRAM - After we make a hire, each new employee goes through rigorous and comprehensive training in our own training facility, from Carrier® technical training and from other third-party trainers. thereafter.
ONGOING EDUCATION - This is another unique difference at Gary’s; we are training our people every week of the year. Throughout his or her employment, we pay each employee to attend ongoing training programs to stay up to date on new laws and codes and emerging technologies in the heating and cooling industry.
To make sure we maintain our high standards, Gary's Heating and Air Conditioning routinely conducts evaluations to reassess our goals for the betterment of both the company and our customers. By doing so, we strive to continue to provide heating and air conditioning services to residents in Amarillo and the surrounding area for another 40 successful years.
