"About five years ago we had a complete heating and air system installed by Garys. The system worked great but the OxyQuantum air purification system we had installed with the unit continuously failed. Eventually Garys service tech, Taylor, got involved and took full ownership of our problem. He contacted the service manager, Jeremy, and he, along with service tech, Dustin, came out and stayed on it until it was completely resolved. As a supervisor I’m always impressed when an employee takes “ownership” of a customer’s problem and these guys did exactly That. The service techs at Garys ARE the face of the company and Gary’s techs have always been exceptional in their service and timeliness . Great company, great products and exceptional people."
