I’ve Never Received Service More Prompt!
I sent them a message on the Internet late Wednesday night; it could’ve possibly been even after midnight or early Thursday morning. I received a call and text message between 7:00 and 7:30 AM. They had a service technician at my door by 8:00 AM. One of my units had to be replaced. It was installed and working by 5:00 PM Friday! I’ve never received service more prompt! All the technicians were polite and professional. I’ve been complaining since Covid that customer service no longer exists. You guys proved me wrong.
