PAN Treatment

Drain Pan Treatment Strips

Protect Your Cooling System

Dynamic Time-Release Condensate Drain Pan Treatments

Use state-of-the-art, water-activated, time-release polymer technology.

The product may be used safely in air-conditioner and refrigerator drain pans, dehumidifier water tanks, or any other non-potable water retention area.

The honeycombed solid package remains intact until it becomes activated by moisture… then it deactivates again, providing dependable, sustained time-release protection for just pennies a day.

The system contains a corrosion inhibitor and adds a light, pleasant scent to the air as it works.

Helps prevent overflows from clogged air-conditioner drain pans due to the formation of slime, which can cause expensive damage to ceilings and/or other property.

Contaminants found in drain pans can cause foul-smelling odors and air quality problems.

Retained water can cause corrosion and premature failure of metal drain pans.

Thanks for taking care of us. We're new to the club membership and the service has been great.

"Thanks for taking care of us. We're new to the club membership and the service has been great. The service tech that came out fixed a problem that has evidently existed since this system was installed. He recognized it and re-wired the system so that it would perform at peak efficiency. Great job!!"

'Went the second mile' to assure that we were pleased with their work.

"Our HVAC system was about as old as we are when it expired! The Yellow Pages are filled with HVAC providers, and it seemed like spinning a roulette wheel as to whom to call. Because of a previous civic relationship with the principals at Gary's, that's the number we dialed. Five days later (even that delay being at our request), Gary's installers worked their magic. Among others who came by to monitor the installation, we especially want to commend Jeremy, Spencer and Jesse who installed the system. Only legal issues prevent us from offering to adopt these fine young men who "...went the second mile" to assure that we were pleased with their work."
