Mark is my technician with Gary’s Heating and Air Conditioning. I give him a 10. He is always polite and very efficient. He always asks if I have had any problems with my units and if I have any questions. I highly recommend Gary’s to anyone that is looking for a reputable heating and air business. They are also very honest with you; they will not try to sell you something that you do not need. My guy Mark says, “Hey, your heater is old, but it is still doing a good job for you, so you are good for now.” How many businesses do you find that would say that to you? I know that it will need to be replaced, and Gary’s will be the only one I would trust to do it. I would never use anyone else!! I have been doing business with Gary’s for 10 years and have never had an issue with them.

Dustin is the best! We had an AC unit go out on a 102° day. He came out, found the issue, and got it scheduled for replacement the next day. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person on a stressful day. I was very impressed with Abi and Gary's. They were nice, affordable, and were able to come to my house the same day I called. In fact, they had an opening before my scheduled appointment that they offered to me. So my air conditioner was repaired and complete before my original appointment time. Perfect sewer pipe and connection
I have had a really bad sewer smell in my kitchen. Matt was 2 weeks out from getting to my house. Today Matt called me. He had an open spot for me. Zach arrived, took notes on my issue. He had to cut out drywall behind the sink and dishwasher. Yes, Zach found that a vent pipe had rusted out. Ugh. It was 5 p.m. Zach explained the fix and will finish the repairs tomorrow in the morning. Three years ago Matt fixed a sewer line issue; two other well-known companies here in Amarillo quoted me 6,500 and 7,000 dollars. Matt cleaned my line, ran a camera, and sent me the video. Perfect sewer pipe and connection to the city main sewer line. Invoice 900 dollars!
