Dustin started with Gary's Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. when he was just 17 and still in high school. Since that time, he has moved up in the company at a very fast rate due to his motivation to learn and natural ability to fix things.

He is great at relating to customers and always listens to what they need and want. Dustin is a great communicator with wonderful technical skills. He has two dogs and loves to work out, Harleys, motocross, and working on his truck.
