Amy is new to HVAC but has had several years in the field of servicing customers! She loves what she does and loves being a part of the Gary's Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc family. She will always be happy to serve you. Amy's life experiences have taught her to treat people the way she would like to be treated. The customer is always her top priority.
Amy loves spending time with her family and friends. Amy has two beautiful daughters, Niki and Emily. Her hobbies include running, which she did for 36 years, and now her hobbies include watching movies, eating, and spending time with her adorable dogs, Roxy and Bentley.

Fantastic"About five years ago we had a complete heating and air system installed by Garys. The system worked great but the OxyQuantum air purification system we had installed with the unit continuously failed. Eventually Garys service tech, Taylor, got involved and took full ownership of our problem. He contacted the service manager, Jeremy, and he, along with service tech, Dustin, came out and stayed on it until it was completely resolved. As a supervisor I’m always impressed when an employee takes “ownership” of a customer’s problem and these guys did exactly That. The service techs at Garys ARE the face of the company and Gary’s techs have always been exceptional in their service and timeliness . Great company, great products and exceptional people."- TS Buege

GARY'S will definitely be our first call if any future issues come up with our heating or air."Our furnace went out and quit blowing air. The house was frigid cold. MICHAEL WRINKLE from Gary's Heating and Air came out within 20 minutes of the service call, and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He was able to install a new motor for the furnace and we had heat again. Thank you for the awesome service . Much appreciation"We had a heater unit have a problem and the service we received on New Years Day was great. We called mid morning, received an up front service fee estimate which we acknowledged, and the service tech, Michael, showed up earl afternoon, was very courteous, diagnosed the issue quickly, and resolved it successfully and with a reasonable cost. When I got home, it was 85 degrees and I knew something was wrong. I called the office number and the answering service was polite and promptly relayed my message to the service technician. I received a call and the air conditioning was fixed within the hour. The employees have been courteous and extremely helpful.
