He is a valuable member of our team, in no small part due to his teachability, willingness to learn, and desire to connect with every client he comes across. He is a great listener and is always out to make sure he understands exactly what our clients need so that he can provide service that satisfies.
When he isn't working, Austyn loves being outdoors. He enjoys hunting, fishing, roping, and cooking out with his friends and family. He also has 2 horses, Shorty and Spade.

We called mid morning, received an up front service fee estimate which we acknowledged, and the service tech, Michael, showed up earl afternoon, was very courteous, diagnosed the issue quickly, and resolved it successfully and with a reasonable cost. Perfect"Made a phone call, one hour later (out of town) he was at my door with a bag of tools. Serviced inside and outside units. We're warm again. GARY'S will definitely be our first call if any future issues come up with our heating or air."Our furnace went out and quit blowing air. The house was frigid cold. MICHAEL WRINKLE from Gary's Heating and Air came out within 20 minutes of the service call, and was able to diagnose the problem right away.
