Very professional, very informative, and made a believer out of me so I signed up as a member."Michael came out and serviced my air conditioner which was freezing up. I have had several technicians from other companies look at it because it requires Freon every year and they could not find the leak. He found it in five minutes and found out that my heating unit had a strip out so it was not performing at full capacity. Perfect"Made a phone call, one hour later (out of town) he was at my door with a bag of tools. Serviced inside and outside units. We're warm again. We called mid morning, received an up front service fee estimate which we acknowledged, and the service tech, Michael, showed up earl afternoon, was very courteous, diagnosed the issue quickly, and resolved it successfully and with a reasonable cost.
