His strengths include hands on knowledge, mentor shadowing with field experts, sequence of operation and equipment knowledge.
His ability to open up and relate with customers is truly what makes him stand out with his customer service.
He loves to work with people and asks lots of questions to make sure when he leaves they are completely satisfied. Carlos works hard with Gary’s team and once you meet him, you will understand why he is such an asset to Gary’s! He likes to spend time with his daughter and family and likes to shoot guns!

GARY'S will definitely be our first call if any future issues come up with our heating or air."Our furnace went out and quit blowing air. The house was frigid cold. MICHAEL WRINKLE from Gary's Heating and Air came out within 20 minutes of the service call, and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He was able to install a new motor for the furnace and we had heat again. Thank you for the awesome service .
