His ability to open up and relate with customers is truly what makes him stand out with his customer service.
He loves to work with people and asks lots of questions to make sure when he leaves they are completely satisfied. Carlos works hard with Gary’s team and once you meet him, you will understand why he is such an asset to Gary’s! He likes to spend time with his daughter and family and likes to shoot guns!

This mother also is starting dialysis at home as she is in need of a kidney transplant so having her heating and air conditioning unit will be very helpful and important when she starts this process. Very professional, very informative, and made a believer out of me so I signed up as a member."Michael came out and serviced my air conditioner which was freezing up. I have had several technicians from other companies look at it because it requires Freon every year and they could not find the leak. He found it in five minutes and found out that my heating unit had a strip out so it was not performing at full capacity.
