His strengths include hands on knowledge, mentor shadowing with field experts, sequence of operation and equipment knowledge.
His ability to open up and relate with customers is truly what makes him stand out with his customer service.
He loves to work with people and asks lots of questions to make sure when he leaves they are completely satisfied. Carlos works hard with Gary’s team and once you meet him, you will understand why he is such an asset to Gary’s! He likes to spend time with his daughter and family and likes to shoot guns!

Fantastic"About five years ago we had a complete heating and air system installed by Garys. The system worked great but the OxyQuantum air purification system we had installed with the unit continuously failed. Eventually Garys service tech, Taylor, got involved and took full ownership of our problem. He contacted the service manager, Jeremy, and he, along with service tech, Dustin, came out and stayed on it until it was completely resolved. As a supervisor I’m always impressed when an employee takes “ownership” of a customer’s problem and these guys did exactly That. The service techs at Garys ARE the face of the company and Gary’s techs have always been exceptional in their service and timeliness . Great company, great products and exceptional people."- TS Buege

Treats you fairly!!"Gary's installed a wi-fi thermostat with our new system. We were not crazy about it. We called Gary's and they came out that day and reinstalled our original thermostat. Michael did the work quickly and promptly. He even corrected a problem with our system. We have used Gary's since early 90's. Gary's has always taken good care of us and treated us fairly."- Mike

Very professional, very informative, and made a believer out of me so I signed up as a member."Michael came out and serviced my air conditioner which was freezing up. I have had several technicians from other companies look at it because it requires Freon every year and they could not find the leak. He found it in five minutes and found out that my heating unit had a strip out so it was not performing at full capacity. Very professional, very informative, and made a believer out of me so I signed up as a member. I'll be in the market for a new unit before long and will be getting a bid on it."- T.B.
