His ability to open up and relate with customers is truly what makes him stand out with his customer service.
He loves to work with people and asks lots of questions to make sure when he leaves they are completely satisfied. Carlos works hard with Gary’s team and once you meet him, you will understand why he is such an asset to Gary’s! He likes to spend time with his daughter and family and likes to shoot guns!

Fantastic"About five years ago we had a complete heating and air system installed by Garys. The system worked great but the OxyQuantum air purification system we had installed with the unit continuously failed. Eventually Garys service tech, Taylor, got involved and took full ownership of our problem. He contacted the service manager, Jeremy, and he, along with service tech, Dustin, came out and stayed on it until it was completely resolved. As a supervisor I’m always impressed when an employee takes “ownership” of a customer’s problem and these guys did exactly That. The service techs at Garys ARE the face of the company and Gary’s techs have always been exceptional in their service and timeliness . Great company, great products and exceptional people."- TS Buege

'Went the second mile' to assure that we were pleased with their work."Our HVAC system was about as old as we are when it expired! The Yellow Pages are filled with HVAC providers, and it seemed like spinning a roulette wheel as to whom to call. Because of a previous civic relationship with the principals at Gary's, that's the number we dialed. Five days later (even that delay being at our request), Gary's installers worked their magic. Among others who came by to monitor the installation, we especially want to commend Jeremy, Spencer and Jesse who installed the system. Only legal issues prevent us from offering to adopt these fine young men who "...went the second mile" to assure that we were pleased with their work."- P.S.
