His strengths include hands on knowledge, mentor shadowing with field experts, sequence of operation and equipment knowledge.
His ability to open up and relate with customers is truly what makes him stand out with his customer service.
He loves to work with people and asks lots of questions to make sure when he leaves they are completely satisfied. Carlos works hard with Gary’s team and once you meet him, you will understand why he is such an asset to Gary’s! He likes to spend time with his daughter and family and likes to shoot guns!

The service was fantastic!!! They guarantee the work and do everything to make sure it's working correctly!!!!"We have always had such a great experience with Gary's!!! We had a new system put in while I was 8 months pregnant!! I also had a 23 month old at home! We had our older system checked and it was not working correctly and we had carbon monoxide leaking they caught it and had a new system placed within the week!!! The service was fantastic!!! Outstanding service and quality delivered quickly."Sent an email to Gary's after our furnace began to act up. Fantastic"About five years ago we had a complete heating and air system installed by Garys. The system worked great but the OxyQuantum air purification system we had installed with the unit continuously failed. Eventually Garys service tech, Taylor, got involved and took full ownership of our problem. He contacted the service manager, Jeremy, and he, along with service tech, Dustin, came out and stayed on it until it was completely resolved. As a supervisor I’m always impressed when an employee takes “ownership” of a customer’s problem and these guys did exactly That. The service techs at Garys ARE the face of the company and Gary’s techs have always been exceptional in their service and timeliness . Great company, great products and exceptional people."- TS Buege

Gary's truly cares about our Amarillo community."Gary's truly cares about our Amarillo community. They recently selected a deserving single mother to replace her heating and air conditioning unit. This mother also is starting dialysis at home as she is in need of a kidney transplant so having her heating and air conditioning unit will be very helpful and important when she starts this process. Gary's not only replaced her unit but they went above and beyond in mowing her lawn and trimming trees in her backyard and front yard. Thank you for your service to our community."- R.H.
