"Gary's truly cares about our Amarillo community. They recently selected a deserving single mother to replace her heating and air conditioning unit. This mother also is starting dialysis at home as she is in need of a kidney transplant so having her heating and air conditioning unit will be very helpful and important when she starts this process. Gary's not only replaced her unit but they went above and beyond in mowing her lawn and trimming trees in her backyard and front yard. Thank you for your service to our community."

'Went the second mile' to assure that we were pleased with their work.

"Our HVAC system was about as old as we are when it expired! The Yellow Pages are filled with HVAC providers, and it seemed like spinning a roulette wheel as to whom to call. Because of a previous civic relationship with the principals at Gary's, that's the number we dialed. Five days later (even that delay being at our request), Gary's installers worked their magic. Among others who came by to monitor the installation, we especially want to commend Jeremy, Spencer and Jesse who installed the system. Only legal issues prevent us from offering to adopt these fine young men who "...went the second mile" to assure that we were pleased with their work."

I was contacted early the next morning and within a couple of hours Michael showed up, figured out what was wrong, replaced the necessary parts and we were back in business. Outstanding service. "Michael came out and serviced my air conditioner which was freezing up. I have had several technicians from other companies look at it because it requires Freon every year and they could not find the leak. He found it in five minutes and found out that my heating unit had a strip out so it was not performing at full capacity. Very professional, very informative, and made a believer out of me so I signed up as a member. I'll be in the market for a new unit before long and will be getting a bid on it."

Treats you fairly!!

"Gary's installed a wi-fi thermostat with our new system. We were not crazy about it. We called Gary's and they came out that day and reinstalled our original thermostat. Michael did the work quickly and promptly. He even corrected a problem with our system. We have used Gary's since early 90's. Gary's has always taken good care of us and treated us fairly."
