We called mid morning, received an up front service fee estimate which we acknowledged, and the service tech, Michael, showed up earl afternoon, was very courteous, diagnosed the issue quickly, and resolved it successfully and with a reasonable cost. He found it in five minutes and found out that my heating unit had a strip out so it was not performing at full capacity.
