We called mid morning, received an up front service fee estimate which we acknowledged, and the service tech, Michael, showed up earl afternoon, was very courteous, diagnosed the issue quickly, and resolved it successfully and with a reasonable cost. Fantastic"About five years ago we had a complete heating and air system installed by Garys. The system worked great but the OxyQuantum air purification system we had installed with the unit continuously failed. Eventually Garys service tech, Taylor, got involved and took full ownership of our problem. He contacted the service manager, Jeremy, and he, along with service tech, Dustin, came out and stayed on it until it was completely resolved. As a supervisor I’m always impressed when an employee takes “ownership” of a customer’s problem and these guys did exactly That.
