I have had several technicians from other companies look at it because it requires Freon every year and they could not find the leak. He found it in five minutes and found out that my heating unit had a strip out so it was not performing at full capacity. Very professional, very informative, and made a believer out of me so I signed up as a member. I'll be in the market for a new unit before long and will be getting a bid on it."
