Fantastic"About five years ago we had a complete heating and air system installed by Garys. The system worked great but the OxyQuantum air purification system we had installed with the unit continuously failed. Eventually Garys service tech, Taylor, got involved and took full ownership of our problem. He contacted the service manager, Jeremy, and he, along with service tech, Dustin, came out and stayed on it until it was completely resolved. Very professional, very informative, and made a believer out of me so I signed up as a member."Michael came out and serviced my air conditioner which was freezing up. I have had several technicians from other companies look at it because it requires Freon every year and they could not find the leak. He found it in five minutes and found out that my heating unit had a strip out so it was not performing at full capacity.
